These artworks were constructed as assignments for my Frenman course Design and Color Theory in the fall/winter semester of 2003 at Medaille College.

tfd0 Lines of varying width were painted across a piece of paper, which was then cut up and reassembled on a mount.
Similar to the poject above, only with straight lines cut into smaller squares. I lost one piece in transport so when reassembling, I integrated the missing piece into the pattern.tfd2
tfd3 Traced items of similar shape and size, then colored in negative spaces using sharpie marker.
Letters transforming into other letters on the same font set. I plotted the first and last frames, then deicded on the middle frames. I like this one. tfd4
